Vera Wang releases two new fragrances for 2009

Vera Wang lends a fresh breeze of summer air to the runways with her two latest scents: Vera Wang Look and Vera Wang Rock Princess. Housed in a simple yet sophisticated prism glass, Vera Wang look is fresh, cheerful and sunny yet exquisitely refined and sophisticated, just like the classy designer Vera Wang herself. Look opens on fresh, sheer, fruity citrus with “watery greens.” The heart of the fragrance is freesia and jasmine which sets the stage for the finale – vanilla, musk, oak moss and patchouli. An eau de parfum, Vera Wang Look is perfect for everyday office wear.

Rock Princess, on the other hand, is a second flanker to 2006’s Princess. Still a fruity floral, Rock Princess is darker and bolder than its sister with its blend of white peach, red raspberry, bergamot, heliotrope, vintage-inspired rose, night blossoming jasmine, lily, cashmere, musk, iris and creamy coconut. Geared towards the young, bar-hopping set, Rock Princess has been tweaked to match, even its flacon of dark metal decorated details with pink and silver graffiti captures this rebellious side.
