Conti's at SerendraIf there's one resto I openly rave about it's Conti's. After going to Fitness First at the Fort, I would then drive to Serendra and have lunch at Conti's. My fave? It has always been Baked Salmon and Linguine in Pesto Sauce with Seafood. Delish! I never go home without their Mango Bravo cake (imagine, I drive all the way from Malate to Serendra to buy this), Lengua Estofado and Roast Beef. The good thing about Conti's is that you can buy their salad dressings and dips; they never run out of stock. The Mango Royale dressing and Artichoke Dip is so good. Since I am a salad person, I've tried everything on their salad menu; I always get the Caesar or Symphony Salad. Come to think of it, everything on their menu is on my fave food list. ![]() I discovered Conti's when I went to Mister K Sucat to order my Dad's barong and since then whenever I'm in the south, I make it a point to drop by. Imagine my delight when Serendra branch opened and now has a second floor to accommodate their growing clientele. Their recent branch is at the Nuvali in Sta. Rosa but I am so waiting for their Greenbelt 2 opening. Their recent menu additions are worth trying out such as the Seafood Au Gratin (fillet of fish with assorted seafood sauce topped with melted cheese) or Chicken Ballotine (meat-stuffed boneless chicken breast rolled in creamy sauce and served with buttered vegetables). I order this to share with a friend because these are rice meals. On days when I like to eat a light brunch, I order the Malunggay Omelette or chorizo Omelette with toast bread on the side. When I am really in a hurry, I order their Mango Salmon Panini (Sliced smoked salmon and mangoes on ciabatta bread) or their Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich.
